Reading the stats for 2008 has me more pumped up than thinking about the new season of The Biggest Loser.
I am so impressed with the weight losses recorded, the new KOPS and reinstated KOPS.  
And with the support of this group, I am feeling the gentle push to make 2009 My Time for success and progress and good health

Congratulations to each of you who lost weight, made KOPS or have reinstatement as KOPS.

And if you were like me, and not listed, then take my hand and we will work together in 2009...let's have Our Time in 2009.
