Just
sharing this story from our local newspaper with you.  I know some of
you are
fans of the Biggest Loser Program.  I personally never watched it,
except I
viewed part of the last episode where the winner was decided.  I
just think it
is a good story to share, and can be motivating to us to take
our weight off
reading what they did.

I actually saw this couple in a restaurant where I
dined last night, but
didn't know who they were.  My friend who was dining
with me met them and
congratulated them for having lost the weight.  I guess I
should have gone
up and introduced myself and told them I, too, am on a weight
loss journey.
