[CyberTOPS] FINAL "Making Music" Challenge Report as of January 3, 2009

This is now the end of the 2008 "Making Music" challenge.  If anyone has 
not signed up for the Disney challenge for 2009 and wishes to do so, let 
me know!

There were 102 TOPS and 31 KOPS participating in the cyberTOPS "MAKING 
MUSIC" Challenge.  They accumulated a total of 65487 points, an average 
of 492 points each.
