[CyberTOPS] Resume Question - Help

Lori is right. You list them on the white sheet as a TOPS if they came last
year after losing thier status. The pink sheet goes with the white sheet.
Also, if the paper has not been sent in that they lost their KOPS status, that
needs to be sent as well,

If they have not weighed in this year, then you don't have to have a weight
chart started for them. Did you not get an instruction sheet with your resume
package? I think you you can download one from the the website if you need it.
They can't be listed as division winners or any other awards either since they
were absent 4 in a row.

I believe you have to fill out a white chart for them the day they quit,
had 4 ABS or their membership expired. Then you will fill out the A, B
and C lines on that chart, and count them as if they were a TOPS member.
If they weighed, for instance, 157 the first weigh in of the year, and
weighed 155 the last time they weighed, their net loss would be 2 pounds
for the year. You attach their pink chart to the white chart when you
mail it in. The day their membership expired or they didn't weigh in 4x,
they lost status and became TOPS.

This is one area in the WR handbook that isn't explained well enough, I
don't believe, as far as KOPS losing status or quitting. It tells you how
to deal with a new KOPS, but not the other way around.

Also, in the net loss/gain area, I know that every single year, I get the
average loss/gain per member amount corrected by the AC, but I have no
idea why. We have one KOPS who is always on pink all year, and only have
7 other members, so I can't see how I'm doing it wrong when I'm
following
the WR handbook and the instructions on the resume form. This year I'm
going to put a sticky on the resume asking for the reason if anything is
changed. I've tried to figure out how they get the number that's put
on
the corrected resume, and can't figure it out at all (and I'm very good
in
  math!)
