Hi..
We have a situation in our chapter that we have never had before; therefore,
we are not sure just how to do the resume.
Three of our KOPS decided to quit TOPS. Their membership has expired and of
course they lost status after the 4 absences.
Please tell me where in the Weight Recording Guide this is covered.
A booklet from our coordinator states: "KOPS who have dropped out still on a
KOPS chart are not considered a KOPS on pink all year. A white chart must
be filled out showing they lost their status and loss/gain for the year will
count in chapter total"..
We sent in the L021 Lost Status Card at time when status was lost.
On pg 24 of the Wt Recording Guide, it states "If a member began the year as
a KOPS but passes away, that member is considered a KOPS all year. KOPS who
drop out or lose status and do not return are not a KOPS all year...
What do we do with the three KOPS charts who quit (they had never gone out
of lee way for the 15-20 years they had been members).
pg 24 - Determining Best Average Loss Per Member - Count members who were
KOPS all year - Jan -Dec who did not lose status and who do not have a white
chart for any portion of the year...
These three did not have a white chart nor were they a KOPS all yr - Jan -
Dec...
Where are they counted? We have two KOPS left (on pink chart all year)..I
understand they will be the only ones under :Less KOPS all year (Pink Chart
all year)
The three Inactive KOPS did not have a weight loss period...Why would we
have to include them in our total charts when no chance to show a loss?
Please..I know I have rambled...but I know there are those out there that
can easily explain this to me...
Thanks in advance...
