[CyberTOPS] CHARLOTTE'S ROLL CALL - Well another turtle in my race....slow and steady

Hello Everyone.....

We weighed in on Wednesday night because of a schedule conflict at the
church....and again another turtle in my race to 5 pounds down in
January.....

It will be nice to be back to a regular schedule next week......the busy crazy
days of the holidays are OVER, and with the new year, we have plenty of things
to focus on and get SERIOUS about......

New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and
more importantly, forward to the coming year. It's a time to reflect on
the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on
those changes.  If not now, then WHEN?

Character contributes to beauty. It fortifies a woman as her youth
fades. A mode of conduct, a standard of courage, discipline, fortitude,
and integrity can do a great deal to make a woman beautiful.
