Hello all my TOPS friend,   B  I  G       Hugs to you and Happy New Year.

I was reading our newspaper this morning, The Calgary Herald and came across
something about resolutions I wanted to share with you, I quite like it, and
hope you do as well

Already today I was on my treadmill for 15 minutes in the morning and 15
minutes tonight and plan on going to the pool on Sunday morning before church.
We must "always start out on the foot we wish to finish on"....OK..so that
sounds mystical, LOL

This is what was in the paper.

Resolutions To Thrive (Not Just Survive)

1.  Face the future with courage and creativity, and don't let fear be your
guide.
See change as optimistic, a call to draw on your talens and skills in new
ways, starting with an open attitude.

2.  Laugh a lot, and see the humour in your own stumbles.  Experts say a child
laughs up to 300 times a day.  Some adults don't stop to laugh even once in
that time.

3.  Greet the peoplr you meet day - to - day with a ready smile, unforced
politeness and respectful patience.

4.  Cherish the people you love evry day, in every reasonable way.  And don't
feel awkward or wait too long in letting them know you love them

5.  Admire lovely things without an accompanying need for possession.

Hope you all ike this, I am sure going to do my best to incorporate it into my
life.


Now as for my resolutions.........well I will call them intentions instead of
resolutions

I intend to spend more time enjoying my spiritual side, reading my bible,
writing my gratitude list and letting go of the negative in life.

Also I intend to spend time getting acquainted with my treadmill, and more
time at the pool, as I know how great I feel when I do these things, and that
is the reason I am going to do them, not "to lose weight, or tone up" that
will be an added bonus.

In general, I choose to be happier and healthier and will do whatever I can to
make this possible.

they shall.
