[CyberTOPS] 2009 Pledges on cyberTOPS

First and most important is to take a closer look at us, our health. We must
learn to put us first and take time for us. Our plan is to become more active,
wear our pedometers every day, drink more water, journalize every day and plan
our meals with portion control.

Royal plans to limit his coffee and increase
his water intake.

Linda plans to limit her diet soda and increase her water
intake.

Our plan also includes 30 minutes of dedicated exercise 4 days a
week.

We both feel we need start writing things down and know exactly what we
are doing. Review each month and decide what changes we need.
 
 Also we are
thinking of switching chapters. A new chapter just started here in Farmington.
It is about half mile from the house. If we switch we could walk. That would
be good for us. They meet still on Monday. So this week we plan on going to
our old chapter and get our transfer papers. Then start the following week.
Royal would like to remove 32 pounds this year.

Linda would like to remove 50
pounds this year.

We both will be putting our best efforts forward to help
each other and others along the way. 

Yes, this sounds like a lot but we
should be able to make it. We are both willing to try and give it our best.
