[CyberTOPS] 2009 GOALS

My goal for 2009 is to get to goal.one day at a time.

 

Specific goals and resolutions:

1.	Exercise Daily - minimum 15 minutes
2.	Food Diary
3.	Drink water - 8 glasses
4.	Eat more protein
5.	Eat less carbs
6.	Eat more fruits and veggies
7.	Attend TOPS regularly 
8.	Keep positive

Weight to goal - 24.6 lbs.

KOPS 4/2000 - 7/2000 - 130 lbs.

TOPS member since 3/8/1996

Haven't missed a weigh-in since 7/2000
