[CyberTOPS] HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Hi, and happy new year to all of my cybertops buddies!!!!!   I am going to
pledge to lose 5 lbs this month.    I also will make a pledge to get back to
kops this year.    I have been fooling around to much and with my cholestrol
being high now is the time to get serious!!!!!  I hope everyone has a happy
healthy NEW YEAR.  Lets all make a resolution to stick with our healthy eating
plans and to make 2009 the year that we all suceed in getting healthy
