[CyberTOPS] Last weigh in for DEC 2008

Hi,
Please excuse me for being late in reporting my weight to you but I just
spent 12 hours in the hospital with my youngest daughter who came home in a
catatonic state yesterday morning so I was not on the computer.

Since Jan. 2008 I have lost 57 lbs.  I started out at 242, my last weigh in
was 185.  I am up 1 lb. For the week.  I don't blame it on anyone but myself
but I consider that good beings the stress I have been under this past week.

Again I'm sorry for being late.
