[CyberTOPS] CHARLOTTE'S SURGERY UPDATE -

Hello Everyone:

Just letting you know the drugs have worn off this morning and I can think and
type at the same time this morning. 

Surgery went well.  Took the an hour and 3 holes to get my IV in and 15
minutes for surgery.  Out of hospital by noon, slept most of the day yesterday
and things are feeling pretty good this morning....have crotches till monday
but am able to get around without them in small trips. 

When the Dr. came into talk to me and mark which leg we were working on he
informed me that he has torn and had his meniscus twice already.....which
answered my question once you fix this will it happen again.....YES....grrrr  
Since we don't know what I did to tear it in the first place this means just
live life and don't stress about it.  The Dr. said that it could have been
something as easy as getting up off the toilet to something at work, lifting,
twisting.....anything.

Thank you for all the prayers and thoughts.....I do appreciate them.  

Stitches come out Monday and physical therapy starts.... hopefully be back to
work by the end of the month.
