[CyberTOPS] Bad weight in / Again !

Well I weighed in this morning with a 1 3/4 lb gain so now I am 5 1/2 lbs over
leeway.  I am taking a med from the heart dr that isn't helping me out one
bit.  I was going to just quit taking it but then the dr called and told me to
up the dose.  So guess I will take it for a while.  I am just going to really
watch what I eat and get some more water and exercising. I will not give up
