I had a one pound gain tonight with no one to blame but me and the Girl  
Scouts.  If only they didn't make those Good Cookies.  But now they  are
gone and 
it is over!!! Hope everyone had a good week.  

In time of  prosperity friends will be plenty: in times of adversity not one

in  twenty.
