[CyberTOPS] [CCIW] question for leslie / everyone on recipe exchange

Hello Leslie,

Sorry to hear you and your family is not feeling good.....it is so hard to get
rid of the yuck when everyone has it......

I have a question for  you and anyone else......I have heard many times on
here that chapters do a recipe exchange......can you explain this to
me.......

My family and me have been sick

I havent had much of aan appitite but sure that will

improve.  taking grandson to doctor .

 got him to keep

down applesause.

 

kids now days dont ask  questions so I will find out

whats really going on with him.

 

i am not 100 percent perfect but feeling better than yesterday

but I called in for cant take Aident to sitter when he sick he give

it to the other kids.

 

other news my son is getting married in 2010 so my goal is to be at

my weight loss goal by then so i can buy a real nice dress.

 

i will get back to exercise as soon as everyone in my house and my grandson

is better.  but did weigh self today and I am down.  i did start charting
food

on sparks today.  I will do pen and pencil again so I can know what exchanges

I am doing  I am trying to learn it so it will be part of me.

 

Thursday we doing an recipe exchange I just have to pick up some recipe cards

and decide on a recipe.
