[CyberTOPS] between a rock and a hard place need advice

I have a question? My husband and I are planning on adoption. They told us I
have to have the gastric bypass and lose weight fast or they will not consider
me in the adoption process. I just started getting back into tops after a 2
year lapse. I gained back a 100 of the 170 I lost. I really want my little
girl. I just don't know what to do! I just started a new job working with
handicapped children and I love it so much. They give me more than i help
them.   But part of me feels I know how to lose weight just do it. I have
alway had the dream of being state queen and don't know if I am ready to give
up on that dream just yet. I think I just needed to vent.
