Good Morning Everybody,
    We're getting closer to the weekend and the
thought of rest and relaxing are starting to enter our minds.  Are you looking
forward to this weekend?  We hope you don't have  a whole lot of extra work to
do.  That way you might be able to get some extra rest time in.  Hey, maybe
you can get some extra time just for you for a change.  Wouldn't that be
great?  We hope so.  We hope you have a great day, keep smiling and enjoy your
day.

       You can find your
version of happiness that fits your need to succeed.....
 
      Now this is
something that we all need to do, or at least think about.  What don't you
think?  We all need to be happy.  However, we first must find which version
is right for you.  Another thing that we have to remember that it is
important, is that you have to be happy.  Nobody want to be sad or under the
weather so to speak.  Alive, up beat, corners of your mouth turned up and
maybe a laugh or two leaving your mouth.  All of these are great because they
show that you are happy or at least on the road of happiness.  We recommend
being happy because one it makes you look great, two it looks good on you,
third it give you the ability to spread it to others.  Which makes your
happiness that much stronger.  So, if you haven't yet  found your version of
being happy take the time to search around and find your own special version,
then turn your frown into a smile from the inside out.  Others will be able to
tell the you have found
 your version because you will glow like a lighting bug, always beaming.  It
will show that you are a shining "star" and that you know that you can
succeed.   You know that you can reach you goal weight and shine.  You can do
it.
