Good Morning Everybody,
     We hope that you got thru that first day back to
work all right.  We know how that first day back used to be-hard.  But after
the first couple of hours back into the routine and everything was a ok. 
Also, we hope that you weekend ended up the way that you hoped it would-with
you getting plenty of rest and spending time with your families.  Remember to
think positive and this week will go by faster than you think and the weekend
will once again be here.  Keep smiling.  It's a done deal.  You can do it.

   When we take the time to put our brains into gear and compile our thoughts
together . We discover that we had to come up with the idea to remove our
unwanted weight. We wanted it to go way and not  to return.  All of our effort
and support will show, as our unwanted weight starts going away.  It is
definitely our desire to reach our goal.  We must remember that our health has
become our number one priority, along with taking care of ourselves equals
success.  We have many tools to use.  Now we have another formula to use
"thought+effort+support+Desire=Success.  Can this be done?  Are you up to
this?  Do you have what it takes?  The answer to all of these questions is a
positive yes . I can do it.  With out a doubt I can do this. I can remove my
unwanted weight and succeed.
