Good Morning Everybody,
    Ya, it Sunday.  For some it's a day of rest and
for others it the day before they have to go back to the work place and that
first day is the hardest. Especially after having two great day off.  Either
way we have to be grateful for what we've had and been able to enjoy.  Linda
and I hope that your Valentines' weekend had all the makings for sweethearts,
with the sparkles of happiness and joy in the air.  We hope that your day was
just great.

You have the ability to
change those things that will help you succeed at reaching your GOAL...
 
      When we think about change most of the time we come up short and
stop. We don't think that it is possible that we can make a difference.  For
some odd reason we don't think we have what it take to turn things around to
do things the way we want them done.  Maybe, we might be a bit afraid of what
might happen once that change happens.  What ever it is that is holding you
back here's a little secret, you have the power.  Yes, you.  How do we know
this?  Well, you made the decision that you wanted your unwanted weight to go
away and not return, right? Your doing something about it, right?  Your making
a change. Right?  That's how we know.  Plus, we also figured that we too have
to do the same thing.  The problem we face is putting change to work for us. 
We know that change works! The changes that we want will work,! All we have to
do is implement them!  So if you have a good idea and you believe that it will
work for you, then take
 a chance and give that change a try. See how it works.  Remember, if it
doesn't work you don't have to continue with the change.  Also remember ,that
you are never alone because your family, friends, tops, cyber-tops are always
there when you need them.  Your changing everyday and so is your life.  Your
improving your health, becoming slimmer, trimmer and your unwanted weight is
going away.  So change is good!  You can do it and your success is going to
happen
