[CyberTOPS] Encouraging Thought for February 12, 2009

Good Afternoon Everybody,
    Had to go to the doctors this morning.  Linda's
shoulder still  isn't any better so they are going to do surgery on the 20th. 
It's a day surgery, early in the morning and should be home by lunch
resting in her own bed.  The doctor said that  her shoulder should heal up in
about six week.  I'll be her nurse one might say and give her with good care. 
I promise.  We want to send to you all wishes for a great day and hope that
you all have a small loss today.  Also that the sun comes out and brightens
your day with sun light and warmth.  Remember that we are thinking about all
of you and that our thoughts are watching over you.  Like the "STARS"  You are
always there in our thoughts as we wish you the very best as you travel
towards your goal.  You can do it.

                                 All that you do adds up to where it is that
you are heading----Your GOAL............

      Take the time to think about
all that we are trying to do.  We realize that we are changing the way that we
live our very lives.  Not just the food we eat or the exercise that we do but
everything.  The clothes we wear, the water that we drink, heck everything
that we do effects the our weight.  What we finally have realized is that we
have gained control of ourselves and now we are learning how to take care of
ourselves.  All we have to do is figure out what is the right combination that
will work for us.  Which one is the best one. There are so many and we just
have to  keep looking until we find one that fit us.  Never fear you can find
yours, as we will find ours, as we work towards our goals because it's out
there.  You can do it and shine like the "STARS".  You know that you are on
the right path to success and that you are going to make it all the way
there.  You will do it.
