Hello All

I have been ill for the past two days.  I think I have the flu.  I am better
today and will go back to work tomorrow.  I can't believe I bad I felt.
Cramps are now almost gone and I know longer feel sick at my stomach.  The
24 hour flu has been going around here and I guess I caught it from my
family.  Oh well, tomorrow will be better.
