Good Morning Everyone,
   We are blessed with  another day with the sun
shinning brightly and the promise  of rain. Lots of wind today and tomorrow. 
 We hope that the winds won't take down any power lines. Our daughter just got
power back yesterday, but will be staying  for a couple more days to be sure
she doesn't lose power.   However a little fresh rain water would be nice for
the grass, to get that green look. Keep working as you continue working
towards your goal.  Your headed in the right direction and you can do it.
Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!!!

                Each day is new and
exciting as we travel towards our goals-- 
                                
we're beginning to see where we want to go and how to get there. 

     We
look forward to each day as we are learning which way we are traveling.
Seeing how we are going to take care of our health, watch the way that we
prepare our foods and the portion sizes helps us see our goals..  Also, we get
excited when we learn about the different ways that we can exercise. We've
found that even though we have limitation you still should do what you can to
stay active. Move like you have a purpose. We all have one and that to reach
our goals. Being active should equal results. That's one thing that we're
going to do because it possible and attainable.  Enjoy today and day it's an
wonderful experience. You can do it.  We all can do it. Remember it started
with you and you can finish it.
