Good Morning Everybody,
     Start every day with a positive thought with the
hope that the rest of your day will turn out the way that you want it to.  We
hope that you have a great day and that the sun shines giving you some extra
warmth.  Oh no! Tomorrow Monday and that means work day.  Well, rest all lot 
today and maybe tomorrow won't be too bad.  Enjoy your day and remember that
we have you in our thoughts and prayers.

is true that you can be successful and reach your goal and make your dream
come true.........


       We know that the way to our goal is a road that
isn't an easy one to travel.  It certainly has it's ups and downs, twists and
turns, bumps and yes there are even a bunch of pot holes that get in the
way.  Even the weather seems to get in the way sometimes and tries to hold us
back but we still try our hardest to keep working towards our goals. Yes, our
emotions and stress in our lives plays a big part ,too.  When we seem to get
stuck, a helping hand from a friend is there to help us in our time of need,
as we are never alone on our journey to success.  Yes, we can prevent
continuous weight gain and learn to maintain. We can also make our dreams come
true.  Tops members can arrive at our goal and shine.  We all can do it. 
There is no doubt that we can make it happen and reach our goals.  You can do 
it. Every ones gets 23 cheers from the Tops Star Bear....Cheer, Cheer, Cheer,
Cheer, Cheer, Cheer, Cheer, Cheer, Cheer, Cheer,
