I lost 3.75 pounds tonight and had a klunker or a block buster or whatever 
you call it in your neck of the woods....I moved that darn big weight on the 
bottom bar of the scale and am at my lowest weight since 1980 when I was in the 
process of gaining 30 pounds a year before I joined TOPS in 1983.
