Good Morning Everybody,
    The sun is shinning bright today and we hope that
you have a wonderful day.  Also that you are able to stay with your program. 
Remember that we have the power of thought on our side and can do what we set
our minds to.  We can do it.

                    Looking for something different-- look towards yourself--
                                      you'll find the answer..........
 
     
Sometimes when we want look for the answer to help us move closer towards our
goals, we go looking in the wrong places.  We have to learn that we should
first look closer to ourselves.  Most of the time the answer that we are
looking for is right near us or we have the answer in our minds.  Remember
yesterday when we said that the power of thought starts with ourselves and
that we must think before we act.  Well, the same applies here.  If we are
looking for something different, whether it be in what we are going to eat,
what exercise we are going to do, or whether we are going to change the way we
are going to do our walk, we first must think and that starts with us first. 
We also have to look at ourselves first to get the answer that we are looking
for.  Don't worry we're sure that your going to find what your looking for,
just keep looking and you'll find it.  You can do it.  You're a go getter and
go getters are winner that reach
 there goals.  You are going to reach your goal and become the "STAR of you
GOAL".  You can do it.
