Way to go fellow CyberTOPS - we had a net loss in January!!!
Keep it up...(or should I say down)...
For those who had a net loss - I hope we can continue to get those
pounds off...and keep them off.
For those individuals that had a net gain, don't let it get you down.
Don't give up. We've all been there and you can and will turn it around!
We are all sooooo worth the effort.
