[CyberTOPS] CyberTOPS 2009 Pledge Report as of January 31, 2009

If anyone wishes to make a pledge for 2009 and hasn't done so, you can 
send it in now!  You need to tell me how much you want to lose (TOPS) or 
where you want to be in leeway, etc. (KOPS) and your plan to reach that 
pledge (exercise, diet, lifestyle changes, etc.).  You will get a report 
at the end of each month on your progress, but it will be just between 
you and I, not the list.

Here is how those who made a pledge for 2009 on cyberTOPS have done as a 
group as of January 31, 2009.  To be considered to have attained their 
pledge, etc., the person must have weighed in at least 3 weigh ins this 
year (75% of the possible weeks):

_*97 TOPS pledged to lose -2769.40 pounds in 2009, an average of -28.55 
per person.
They have lost -45.80 pounds so far in 2009, an average of -0.47 per person.
15 TOPS have met or exceeded their pledge so far in 2009 (15% success rate).
14  TOPS pledging have reported NO GAINS so far in 2009! 
25 TOPS pledging reported only one gain so far in 2009!

_*20 KOPS pledged to be at or below goal in 2009.
 1 KOPS pledged to remain in leeway in 2009.
 4 KOPS have met or exceeded their pledge so far in 2009 (25% success rate)
 3 KOPS have been out of leeway 4 times so far in 2009.
