[CyberTOPS] At Home Weigh In And New Year Wishes

Hi All:
Well we did arrive home from our daughters home late last night, and were glad
we took the bus instead of driving as there were many cars in the ditches and
in the middle of the roads.

Weighed myself at home today as we do not have a TOPS meeting until the 7th of
January and I am 3 lbs. out of leeway........so that means of course, 6 lbs
over my goal weight, but now that I am home and feeling a bit better am
working at being in leeway by the 6th, and I know I can and will do it.

Have a great New Year everyone................and may I share something I read
recently

"Instead of making a New Years Resolution, it is wiser to make a "New Month
Resolution" as a whole year is a long time but each month your plans, wishes,.
hopes and dreams can be renewed an you will not think of yourself as a
failure".
