[CyberTOPS] bad weight in

I ended the year with a gain not just for the week but for the  year  at 
least I didn't gain back all that I lose last year at least I  don't think I 
did  any way had a gain of 4 1/4 lb s  I have no excuses  I know it as me 
that put the fork in the hand and the hand to the mouth   like some other 
chapters we had 1 Turtle and rest gained including the  KOPS  just pray 2010 is 
better for everyone    have  a  happy new year
