Exercised:  100 minutes

Last weigh-in for this year and brings my yearly weight loss to 5.6 pounds
down.  I weighed in at 282.6 pounds tonight.  I started 2009 on January 6 at
288.2 pounds.   I am starting 2010 in the black for real this year.  Not the
50 pounds I had hope to lose, but we are starting a New Year and anything is
possible!!
