Good Morning Everybody,
    After we get thru today we only have two more day of this month, for that matter for this year.  Do you believe it this year is almost over?  Yes, this year is coming to an end.  2009 will be no more, it will be replaced by 2010, are you ready?  We as ready as we can be.  Ready for the new challenges and ready to remove more of our unwanted weight and get to our goals.  It is possible and we can do it,  so can you.  Go for it.

            The things you can't control don't worry about-but the ones (your weight) you can take care of.


    We know there are many things we come across everyday that we can't do anything about to change or fix.  Yes, we know that we would like to if we only could.  However, there is one that we can do something about and that is our weight!  We recognized we are on the journey to remove our unwanted pounds and it's working.  We made that decision to do something about it.  Every single day we make progress in one way or another as we move forward towards our goal.  Oh ya, there are some times when we have a bad day or something doesn't go as we want it to.  It's ok, we figure what didn't work, make a correction and keep going.  Our mission is clear and we are going to make it all the way to where we set our goal.  We can control that, we can control our weight. You can do.
