[CyberTOPS] Encouraging Thought for December 28,2009

Good Morning Everybody,
    Wow we are in the very last week of 2009.  Ya, that's right in just four short days, we're going to be in a brand new year.  Not saying that this year was a bad year because we sure did make a lot of progress and are doing real good in our quest. Our motto is that we will never to quit, not even after we reach our goal.  Because we have to maintain our goal weight for life.  This is something that we know we can do for sure.


Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!!

              Don't get caught with your hand in the cookie jar;;;;;;

    Everyone thinks that when you are trying to loose weight that everything is automatically off limits.  That you can't have this and you can't have that.  Well, to me I believe you shouldn't deprive yourself, but control yourself.  Now, I do agree that as long as you are going to try and remove your unwanted weight that you need to be accountable for what you eat.  That you should use potion control and the you should sure that when it comes to eating that you think first then eat.  That way you don't have to worry about over doing it. Lets face the facts we can't go without eating.  So it has to be up to us to make sure  we do the right thing in order to make the difference that we are looking for.  Just remember that we can do it and that we have the power to succeed.  We can eat and enjoy but not over do it either.
