Good Morning Everybody,    
      Great Morning isn't it.  A bit on the chilly side but no snow yet.  They say ( the weather man) that we might get some snow on Christmas eve.  Ya we know that means a white Christmas after all.  We'll just have to wait and see what happens. In the mean time we're going to start off our day with a good breakfast, some exercise, take Linda to the doctors. Then a visit over to see the grandchildren.  We hope that you all have a great day and that you remember that you are very important,Also that you are going to reach the goal you seek.  You can do it.

            You taken the chance to do it over and your succeeding.....

  
  What a great opportunity to be able to have a second chance to get back to the weight that we want to be.  Ya, I know that we first have to remove that unwanted weight that we no longer want to carry around with us.  No problem because we now have armed ourselves with all the right tools to get the job done right.  Ya, keep that excess weight off for good, that's what we're looking for.  We've made the right decision, got on the right track and are moving forward towards the the goal that we know is changing our very lives, improving our health, and making it possible for us to do more of those things that we enjoy doing.  Yes, it isn't going to happen overnight.  We are going to have to work at to make it all come together but boy is it worth it!  You can do it and the possibilities are all up to you and  endless.  Remember that saying "if it is going to be it is up to me", "you got to want to".  It all boils down to your hard work is going
 to pay off. You'll be happy and healthier. You can do it. You are going to succeed and that you are going to reach your goal weight.  Yes, your tops "STAR" is going to turn into a bright shinning KOPS "star"  You can do it, go for it.
