[CyberTOPS] wed weigh-in

I weighed-in tonight with a gain of 2.5 lbs and putting me at 169.5
lbs. It's been almost 10 years since I was this heavy. I will make an
attempt at being "sensible" over christmas and begin to change my
attitude and my eating on the 27th. I have found that I need a
"starting point" and the 27th seems to be a good one. I plan on losing
1 lb per week for 30 weeks ...... am I being realistic? I hope so.
