Good Morning Everybody,
    We trust that everyone got a good night rest and are ready for a wonderful day.  Just think three more days and Christmas will be here.  Linda and I want to wish each and everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year with hope that all of your dreams come true as the "STARS" shine down on you from above.  Keep this thought close to your heart and know that its truth will be yours "you can do it and your dream is more than a dream, it the new you".  Your possibilities are endless and you can make your way to your goal.  You can do it.

        There's nothing more important than your good health...........

    Isn't that the truth!  Our health is so important that it is at the top of our to do list of things to get done. We have made our health the most important thing that's on our minds. We want to take better care of ourselves so that we can enjoy our golden years.  Ya, we know that they say the golden years aren't what they used to be but we say that they will be what you want them to be.  Along with that as long as we take good care of ourselves by eating right, doing some sort of daily exercise, plus some daily walking, can't forget our walking now, and of course drink plenty of water our health will turn around. In fact it will get better than we ever thought it would.  We already made the biggest step when we decided to remove our unwanted weight and get healthy.  That's just what we're all doing is getting healthy step by step.  Pound by pound, inch by inch we're making our way towards the weight loss goal that we seek and if you
 haven't realized it yet, your going to make it there.  Yes, you can do it.
