Good Morning Everybody,
    Today's the day and by the time that whistle blow this afternoon and we all head for our cars/trucks to go home the weekend will be starting.  Ya, you got it rest time and time to take care of me for a change.  Oh yes you can do it and you know that it is possible because you have seen other do it.  So, make a plan to do the things that need to get done and then, are you ready, start pampering yourself for the rest of the weekend.  Ya, the whole weekend.  Have fun and enjoy.  You can do it.

          Don't compromise what your working so hard to achieve.......

  What we are talking about is your weight lose goal.  Ya the one the you set in the beginning and have been working so hard to reach.  The dream that you keep having all the time that shows the way you used to be and the way that you changed since you started on your quest to remove your unwanted weight.  Wealways have to be on our toes so that we don't sabotage the hard work that we have done.  It a compromise that just not worth it.  The true magic and the key to making our dreams come true comes from with in ourselves and the power to ensure that we make it al the way to our goal is something that we know is going to one day come true because we know that we are sure winners that can do this.  Compromise is not an option and the only way to go is straight  forward to the goal we seek.  You can do it and success will happen.  Never give in or give up because those too are not option that are even up for consideration.  Remember that you are
 the"STAR of your GOAL and will shine,shine,shine.  You've wanted to improve your lifestyle, your health and to do that you had to be strong and that the first step in the right direction.  Which you did, now by you own record it show that you are making progress and changes are giving you what you are looking for. A new you.  You can do it.
