Good Morning Everybody,
    Where does the time go?  This week is almost over and I'll bet there's some of you are glad about that. It seems like yesterday we just started this week and now we only have one more day and the weekend is here.  Have you got plans?  We're thinking about going out driving around and looking at Christmas decorations.  Yes, of course we going to take time out for us and get plenty of rest and relaxation.  We have to take care of us, just like you have to remember to take care of you because you are important.  Have a great day and remember that we are thinking about you and we have you in our thoughts and prayers.

      It's Christmas and a time for giving.  Oh and there are so many things out there to choose from.  However you want your gift to be special and something that will be helpful. So here's what you do, you make a gift book with different coupons in it. On could say if you need someone to go for a walk--call me I'll walk with you.  Another would say, I'm going to over eat and need to talk to someone--call me, I'm here for you. Yet another one might say, let's go exercise together--I'll say when.  You can think of many more helpful ideas that can be put on coupons to help those that you care about or you know are struggling and that you want to help.  It a wonderful gift that you can give. Remember this gift can be given to both KOPS and TOPS. Even people who are not in TOPS. With this coupon book you could be helping people  who really want help but don't like to ask for it. What a great gift. This gift could last a whole year if you put a month on each
 coupon. We know that you are creative and you can make these for your chapter and friends.  Remember all gift don't have to come from store you can make them.  Also, remember that you are also very special and that you too are going to make it all the way to your weight loss goal that you set for yourself.  It is possible, attainable, reachable and most of all you have the magic to make your dream come to.  You can do it.
