[CyberTOPS] Chapters not weighing in over Christmas/New Years

Tomorrow night is our Christmas dinner. We are gathering (there's only 3 of
us LOL) at Pappadeaux. We have had 55.00 gift cards donated so for the 3 of
us it won't cost much at all. We are all bringing 2 gifts for the other two.
I have already made reservations and am REALLY looking forward to it! And
then in January we all join our new chapter in Humble. So far everyone is on
board with transferring and I'm excited about the change. I'm excited about
being a MEMBER again vs. an OFFICER! WOO HOO!
