[CyberTOPS] Chapters not weighing in over Christmas/New Years

That's disappointing so many didn't come for a party.  Celebrations are fun
and bind a chapter together.  Our chapter has

our party in January.  Try it you may like it.  We still do Christmas
games...usually as leader I came up with something and as a chapter we got
little gifts. It may be different this year because I am no longer the
leader.





We usually go out to a restaraunt and everyone  pays there own.  This was
because at the start our funds were low. It hasn't changed though now I thing
the chapter could spring or something.  We prefer to go out as it's no fuss
for us personally.
 It seems to work for us.



We always have weigh in the last week in December...most often its a weigh in
and no meeting but I have never seen us take a not weighing in option.  When
the Christmas, New Year days fall on our meeting, we have always changed the
weigh date.

Ity is improtant to be accountable.
