Good Morning Everybody,
    Well are you getting excited yet?  Have you been naughty or nice?  Ya know it almost time when that jolly man from the North comes to pay us all a visit.  No, I am not talking about Jack Frost. Yes, we mean Santa.  We believe and the magic fills the air especially at this time of the year.  We hope that your week has been going the way that you want it to go and that you are having a lot of success removing your unwanted weight.  You can do it.


Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!!! 

          When in doubt, just take another small step in the right direction--  towards your goal.......

  Sometime we might get a little discouraged or confused on our mission to reach that wonderful goal weight that we have set for ourselves.  The going may get rough and we might wonder just what the heck are we trying to do.  We must remember that all it takes is one small step after another to make a difference.  Yes, step by step we will make our dream come true. This you know because if you will take s minute and look back from where you started you'll see all the changes that have taken place, how your health has improved, how you can do more than you used to do.  It those small step of progress that you have made working towards your goal weight that you should focus on, so that  you'll know there's no doubt you are going to make it all the way to your goal and shine for all to see.  Your a winner and the "STARS" are starting to shine brighter and brighter.  See you can do it and there's no doubt about it.
