[CyberTOPS] Chapters not weighing in over Christmas/New Years

Our chapter meets on Thursdays.  We were supposed to have our Christmas
party at tomorrow's meeting.  Being a new chapter we really couldn't afford
to pay for the party so we decided that each member would make a healthy
dish to share (accompanied with recipe and nutritional information).
Unfortunately due to illnesses and injuries, we only had 5 members able to
participate so we decided to opt to cancel the party.  Just a meeting and
weigh in now. A little disappointing but understandable.  

That would have been the last weigh in of the year for us due to Christmas
Eve and New Years Eve being meeting nights, but as a chapter we decided to
have an optional weigh in only on New Years Eve.  I for one would hate to go
3 weeks without a weigh in.  Hope it doesn't work against me.

I've lost a total of 45 lbs since joining TOPS in March. Far from my goal
due to having poor weigh ins for the last couple months.  Need to get back
on track and hopefully weighing in on Dec. 31st will help keep the holidays
in check.

I've been reading the roll call reports, and I am quite concerned about 
the number of chapters who are not weighing in at all over the Christmas 
holidays.  I could definitely understand it if the chapter was a Thursday 
or Friday meeting as some can't weigh any other night, but many of the 
chapters not having weigh ins over the two weeks weigh on Mondays or 
Tuesdays!!!

This isn't good.  Holidays are hard enough, without the accountability of 
the scale.  We all know what happens when we don't have to face the scale, 
especially at times of great temptation....

Our chapter weighs on Thursdays, and we have moved the weigh ins for those 
two weeks to Tuesday so we can be accountable.  Unfortunately, I am out of 
province for those dates, but will be taking my scales with me!

If anyone on roll call whose chapter is not having a weigh in wishes to 
weigh in from home, they are more than welcome to report a home weigh in.
