Good Morning Everybody,
  Ya, a new day has started and we wonder what we will learn.  Remember that we have to take it one step at a time, always keep a positive attitude and know in your heart that you are doing this for yourself.  You are a winner and you are going to succeed.

      The only way to make a difference is to keep on trying.............


    You say that you want to make a difference, that you want to improve your health, to be able to do more with your family and friends. What you have learned that in order to make that difference that you are looking for you have to keep trying.  You have to stay right on your game and don't little things get to you and knock you of course.  Remember you set your goal weight that you are going to achieve and nothings can stop you.  You are the "STAR of you "GOAL".  You have everything under control as you now move forward towards the new and healthier you.  Making the difference you created in the beginning is showing up in more ways than one.  Stay with your plan, remember that you are in control, keep trying and your success will happen.  You can do it, your a winner.  A "KOPS" you"ll be and shine.
