Sue Yes you will have a new start and you make your goal. I hope to be
there beside you.
just wondering what is the font you sending your letters in for it is pretty
tiny. I been copy and pasting in a blank email and enlarging it I suppose I
could go look for my glasses. lol.
No junk for me either. No fast food. I need to go grocery shopping to get
more veggies and fruit in the house. Yesterday I did well only 1403
calories. My weigh in is Thursday but may not have a loss since I just
started yesterday.
shoveled the ramp. taking my aunt to doctor. I did hire someone for the
driveway. he always pushed it in front of ramp. How does he expect them to
get out. so my son or I have to shovel it away . She already fell twice
inside a couple weeks ago don't need no other reason for her to fall. but
she is 88 yrs old so we have to be careful.
I still have some shopping to do before Christmas. I also need to wrap
them. I decided to give my son my treadmill. I may get a new one latter.
but he don't have a gym membership so he needs it more than me. I also have
some Christmas cards for family to send. I plan on getting my secret Santa
gift out today and the snail mail. I need to weigh them. Then I need to
get started on January newsletter and get my program for Thursday together.
My youngest son will loss 50 lbs for I offered him a 100 dollars. I owe him
100 for not smoking till he 18. my oldest did. sometimes you have to use
money to give them incentive .
I know I still need to do the November charts for road back I will try and
get at them tonight. By the way I want to thank everyone for the beautiful
Christmas cards. I know I should name you all but this year I been a
scatterbrain. I am behind in lots of things. I also want to lose 15 -20
lbs by my son's wedding.
Next year I will reach goal I will be more organized. I will put me on my
priority list. I will learn to love small portions. I will love to
exercise. I will make plans to met a distant tops friend. I will run a 5k.
I will have a new me a clean house and be happier than I am this year.
