Good Morning Everybody,
  We made it thru two great days of rest and relaxing.  How about you?  We've got a little work to get done this morning but then we're going to take the rest of the day off and spend it together.  You know taking care of one another and enjoy the rest of today.  You too can do the same.  We hope that you can do that.  Have a great day and we hope that the sun shine in your part of the world.

      Welcome those new changes when they start to happen........

      It is going to be a welcome feeling when you realize that you have started to change.  At first you might not even notice anything at all because the change will be small and one might not know what to look for.  However one day, you will realize that yes indeed you are changing.  Your health is improving, you are able to exercise longer and that you are enjoying it.  What a bonus! Oh, did I forget to mention your clothes are getting bigger.  You've also realized that you strong and capable to complete this mission to remove your unwanted weight.  You have discover that you can do more than you ever thought you could.  That all things are possible but most of all is that you are going to make your dream come true.  Remember that change is good and with change you are giving yourself  a new beginning.  You can do it.
