[CyberTOPS] awesome roll call 12/3/2009

Yippy! I lost 2.8 pounds this week and I couldn't be happier. Not only did we
have Thanksgiving last week,  also celerbrated my sister's birthday. I guess
all of the workouts I've done the past couple of weeks have really paid off.
 
On a real bright as a chapter tonight we lost over 15 pounds and only had a
gain of 0.8 we all were beaming because this was after Thanksgiving last
week.
 
Saturday Im going to TOP Inspriration day and I can't wait.
