I'm not sure how I did it but I lost 1.3 lbs this week.  You could say I was good on Thanksgiving since I didn't eat much but it was because I couldn't breathe and not because I didn't want more.  Once I felt better I was eating all the wrong things and thought I would have had a gain.  I hope it won't show up next week though.
