I gained 2 pounds tonight..............at this point in my life i am on my
knees.... struggling to get up.
I have come so far..................and i have a History of Falling
down........**I hope i have enough willpower
to get up..............get moving and get in SHAPE *** I love myself the last
few months...........and not i am
beginning to not like myself that much **>>>>>>>>>>>>!
HOW CAN I LET MYSELF DOWN.................HOW CAN I GO BACK..............I AM
ENJOYING LIFE AND ALL
THE NEW CLOTHES I HAVE GOT...........** AND MY HUBBY SO PROUD OF ME **
WHY ............O WHY IS THIS HAPPENING NOW **>>>. AS I CAN SEE THE
DREAM.........THE RAINBOW **

 Just watched Biggest Loser...............i can see light ...........and i can
hear voices...........**>>>>.
keep talking..................so i can hear you..............i am getting up
now **>>>>>>>>i am on the way **
