I don't know just what is going on, but I gained another 2 1/2 pounds  
tonight!!! Grrrrr.  I thought over the holidays I had done so good but  
apparently not.  That makes 7 1/2 pounds for me since November 1.   Someone needs to 
shake me or something.  I do journal and I do drink most  of my water.  I 
use my gazelle here in the house as with the weather and  asthma I can't go 
outside to walk! I don't know when I have ever gained that  much in a short 
period of time.  It is down right depressing to me.  

 
Life isn't  about living forever; it's about making the journey count!
