[CyberTOPS] "DISNEY" Challenge Report as of August 29, 2009

There are 95 TOPS and 27 KOPS participating in the cyberTOPS "DISNEY" 
Challenge.  They accumulated a total of 24213 points so far this year, 
an average of 198 points each.  In August, a total of 2340 points were 
earned, an average of 19 points each (much less than July!!!).
