[CyberTOPS] A question about Roll-Call

If your chapter uses a digital scale, your roll call AND your weight chart 
should reflect that and NOT be rounded to the nearest quarter.  There are 
no rules about whether it should be digital or quarter pounds, but at the 
end of the year, that's when the weight recorder rounds your weight. 
(e.g. if you lost 8.3 pounds then it would be rounded to the nearest 
quarter pound as per the chart in the WR handbook).
